Our shop is always closed on holidays, including: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. To help assure prompt delivery during busy floral seasons, place your order at least 24 hours prior.

Our shop serves homes, businesses, medical facilities, funeral homes and churches in Traverse City and the nearby surrounding area.

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $10 is added per order for each address. Delivery fees will increase beyond the local area.
To assure same day delivery, local orders must be received before noon (12pm). Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Orders beyond the local area are not guaranteed same day delivery.
Deliveries requested for Sundays will be handled the following business day.
We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. International customers should call the shop directly.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions are necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. We take great care to maintain the style and color of the pictured arrangement using flowers of equal value.
Also, substitution of certain keepsake vases may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. We will make every attempt to use a similar container of equal value that coordinates with your arrangement.
